We are inviting everyone to join the group meditations at the Heartfulness Meditation Center, Troy on Tuesday Jul 23 (6:30pm).
The center will be open all day for practitioners planning to spend the day in meditation. Please bring your reading materials and journals if you plan to stay at the center for the entire day.
